Scott puts people before property. Real Estate is his expertise, but it's relationships that are his lifeblood. "I love what I do, and enjoy being an advocate for my customers and clients," says Scott, who works tirelessly for everyone he represents. With empathy and utmost attention, he carefully shepherds buyers through the process, informing them of east step and every cost. Scott is equally devoted to sellers who rely on him to expertly market their properties, attain the best possible price and identify qualified buyers as efficiently as possible. He is known for selling properties very quickly.

A native New Yorker, Scott has enjoyed life in three of the five boroughs. He was born and raised in Queens, lived in Manhattan for several years, then moved to Brooklyn in 1983 where he remains. A coop owner there, Scott cherishes the energy and diversity that New York has to offer. His passion and enthusiasm shine through in his work, and inspire his vast knowledge of neighborhoods, buildings and market variations. "I believe in the product I sell - New York City, and Brooklyn in particular. My goal is to help others be as happy in their home as I am."

Scott holds a Bachelor's degree from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY, and a Master's degree in Urban Affairs and Policy Analysis from the Milano School at the New School for Social Research. Prior to entering real estate in 2001, he gained experience working in city government and in the non-profit sector which broadened his view of New York City, educated him on how changes affect the real estate market, and fueled his knowledge of neighborhoods on the rise. Scott has also worked as a freelance writer and was a proprietor of a successful pet-sitting business. A member of the Park Slope Food Coop for over 30 years, and the co-President of Lambda Independent Democrats of Brooklyn, Scott is always looking for ways to give back to his community. He is proud to call Brooklyn "home."
